At PlayReplay, we are the fastest-growing Electronic Line Calling (ELC) solution globally, and we’re looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, "greenfield" opportunity to build and own our entire marketing function—from brand positioning and bold storytelling to performance marketing and user engagement.
As our CMO, you will bridge the gap between creative brand building and rigorous data analysis. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to accelerate our international expansion, ensuring that PlayReplay isn't just a technology, but the global standard for how tennis is experienced and officiated.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Identity: Define and own our brand positioning and visual identity across digital, app, and physical on-court hardware.
- Growth & Monetization: Own the full funnel—acquisition, activation, and conversion—driving users from free tiers to paying subscribers.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to create high-converting collateral and campaigns that shorten deal cycles for clubs and federations.
- Performance & ROI: Build a culture of experimentation. Define and own a clear KPI framework to measure the impact of every marketing dollar.
- PR & Communications: Build relationships with global tech and sports media to position PlayReplay as a thought leader in sports tech.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (CMO, VP, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through integrated B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Expert-level fluency in digital marketing (Paid, SEO, Email, and Automation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
- A deep, intuitive understanding of the tennis ecosystem—its clubs, coaches, and culture.
