Are you a curious and motivated developer looking to grow your skills in a real-world, hands-on environment? We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join PlayReplay and support our integration projects. This isn't just a desk job—you'll act as our second-line technical support and occasionally travel the world to ensure our technology runs smoothly on the ground.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Integration Lead to troubleshoot issues, maintain software connections with partners, and help with on-site setups at major tennis events and clubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the dev team to implement and maintain software integrations.
• Provide second-line technical support and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Participate in on-site support activities, including international installations and events.
• Test and validate integration features before they go live.
• Document processes to improve our support and integration tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience (including strong internships or personal projects).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Programming experience in Python.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and tech setups.
